As a second generation Broker, Stuart Davis is leading a team of highly ethical, hard working, intelligent Salespeople who share his enthusiasm and commitment to the real estate industry. With more than 20 years of experience as a commercial practitioner, Stuart is billed as an expert in the real estate industry within the Tri-State area. During his time practicing, he has earned CRB and CCIM designations from the National Association of Realtors and the NJAR® Distinguished Sales Club Lifetime Member. The CCIM designation is considered a “PhD” in commercial real estate. Only a small percentage of industry practitioners have earned this membership. He holds a Broker’s License in New York and New Jersey.
In addition to his commitment to the real estate sector, Stuart is dedicated to being an active member of the community. He has hosted television programs for the local cable station, contributed to environmental and educational causes and has written and spoke on a variety of subjects. He earned a Master’s Degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and studied Economics and Communication as an undergraduate at the University of Delaware.

Robert Kenner, a licensed salesperson since 1985, acquired his broker’s license in 1988, selling and leasing several hundred commercial and industrial properties along the way. Well-versed in environmental regulations, he has been a past contributor to Principals and Practices of NJ Real Estate, a widely used teaching text for prospective licensees. Regardless of the situation, Robert’s main objective is to close deals with all parties being satisfied.
In addition to being a dedicated Broker, he is very active in community events and town meetings. He is especially dedicated to feeding the hungry.

Soon after receiving a salesperson license, Jim decided to earn his Broker license in 1995. Along with his flair for negotiating, he brings to the real estate sector a degree in economics from Rutgers University.
Over the years, Jim has grown familiar with the New Brunswick scene and has since specialized in real estate for that area. In addition to the Greater New Brunswick area, he is also adept with property in Highland Park, South Brunswick and Somerset. As of recent, Jim has obtained his salesperson license in New York and is now open to practicing real estate in the area. In addition to building a positive relationship with his clients, his main objective is to maintain integrity while aiding clients in achieving their real estate goals.
